Voucher Terms & Conditions

Voucher duration. Vouchers are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. Cannot be redeemed after expiry date.

Use of multiple vouchers. Multiple vouchers can of course be used together

Use of promotional codes. Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.

Voucher Format. Vouchers shall be provided in a digital format, free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase.

Voucher redemption. Vouchers can be redeemed against both store purchases (in-person and in the online store) and against bespoke orders. In order to utilise one or more vouchers for bespoke work, please get in touch and let us know, prior to placing an order.

Refunds. Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the product – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 item.

Monetary vouchers. Monetary vouchers can be used for part or full payment of an store purchase or bespoke item invoice. If the cost exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card at the point of payment.

Transfer. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost or stolen vouchers. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
